First up lets talk lipsticks, I was sent two different lipsticks. At first glance the Mega Slicks Balm Stain sure wouldn't you think that was a Clinique Chubby stick? I expected this balm to have very little colour pay off but was presently surprised when one swipe gave plenty of coverage so it could be worn alone or paired with a lipstick. The texture is lovely and creamy and will leave a very slight stain as it starts to wear off but won't dry out lips. On the opposite end of the scale lets talk matte lipsticks. The Mega Last Lipsticks do exactly what it says on the tin, a matte lipstick with unbelievable colour payoff that would rival high end lipsticks such as MAC. Now bearing in mind that as it is a matte lipstick towards the end of the day your lips will start to dry out a little hence why I paired these two together and looking at their swatches you'd be put off by the colour combination but they go really well together and have a nice comfortable texture since your mixing mattes and balms.

Brows, brows, brows. You all know I love a good brow product and it seems like I am straying further and further away from my beloved MAC Dipdown Fluidline that is my usual haunt when it comes to brows. I have been opting for more natural effortless brows especially since it is Summer time (I didn't say it was sunny tho). The Colour Icon Brow Pencils are by far the best eye brow pencils on the market when it comes to budget buys. The shade range is fantastic (Brunettes Do It Better suits me to a T) and the pencil is just waxy enough for it to last all day but not hard to get it to work through your brows. It also comes with a little mascara wand on the opposite end so you can brush brows into place. LOVE it.
